This class is designed to help students develop attitudes and behaviors which promote healthy lifestyles and positive self-image through the application of personal fitness. The course will explore various strength, flexibility and cardiovascular activities using multiple environments (studio, gym, outdoors) that will help enrich students’ knowledge of lifetime fitness. Students will also be tasked with developing a personal fitness plan to fit their lifestyle needs. (Beginning in the 2025-26 school year.)
