Fabrication & Welding

Welding 1 is an introduction to shop safety, welding and cutting processes, fabrication processes, and hand tool and equipment safety. Students will also explore careers and essential job skills. The course includes an introduction to SMAW (E7024, E6013), GMAW, Oxy-Acetylene welding and Handheld Plasma cutting.
