Culinary Arts & Hospitality

Students that have successfully completed Prostart 2 can apply to Culinary/Hospitality Internship. Duties entail organizing one large catering event AND completing a series of job shadows/internships for local food service, hospitality, or tourism/recreation establishments in the McMinnville area. Daily journals and reflections are required.
