Advanced Fabrication 1 is the movement from intermediate to advanced welding skills. Welding processes SMAW (E7018, E6010), GMAW, GTAW and FCAW. All welding positions will be emphasized (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead). Additional hand tools and shop equipment will be introduced. Course includes an introduction to CNC Plasma table and individual project planning.
