The 11th Grade Personal Education Plan (PEP) course is a required second-semester class for juniors who are not enrolled in the AVID elective. PEP is structured to prepare students for thorough career exploration and a range of post-secondary opportunities, allowing them to make knowledgeable decisions about their plans beyond high school. Throughout the course, students will engage in activities such as in-depth career and college research, financial literacy curriculum and budgeting simulations, résumé development, interview preparation, application guidance, scholarship searches, and core employability skills.
