There is a lot of information and resources to help you prepare for college. These are just a few of the resources available to give you a head start.

Who and why? Anyone with a high school diploma can go to college! There are different reasons why people choose to go to college. You will have new experiences and meet new people. You are also able to explore interests and passions. Finally, you are less likely to be unemployed and college graduates with a bachelor’s degree earn about 65% more than high school graduates.

Types of Colleges There are many different types of colleges; there is one that fits each student’s needs. There are community colleges, public and private universities/college, career/technical colleges, apprenticeships and more. It is important to research which school is the best fit for your educational and personal goals.

Requirements There are different requirements for each school, so it is important to research the requirements for the school you are interested in attending.
